Centrifugal extraction machine, as a new , fast and highly efficient liquid-liquid extraction separation equipment, is different from traditional extraction machine such as mixer settler, extraction tank . Centrifugal extraction machine uses motor driving drum to reach high speed, two liquid that different densities and mutually immiscible complete mixed under the shear force generated by the rotation of drum or blade, and separated rapidly under the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of drum.
Work Process
1. Two liquid that different densities enter the ***ce between drum and shell, mixed and separated rapidly, and complete the liquid mixing.
2.Mixed liquid enter the ***ce between drum and shell, rotating together with the drum, large density liquid run away from the drum center to drum wall while small density liquid run away from the drum wall to drum center under the centrifugal force, the extracted liquid enter collecting chamber from its weir plate and flow out from its exit.
